At the moment, our Standard Shipping is available exclusively to customers in the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and Ireland. TRACKING MY ORDER
Sometimes the tracking information may take a few days to refresh, please follow these steps to trace your order:
- Click "Track Your Order" above the navigation bar
- Enter your tracking number from your order dispatch email and click "Track"
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- Orders shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- Certain locations or items may have restrictions on eligibility for certain shipping methods.
Why your order may arrive in two or more packages？
If you are in the United States or Canada, you may be receiving items separately in two or more packages and on separate days due to the dispatch of items from different warehouses. However, our shipping cost applies only to the order, there is no additional shipping cost for separate packaging for the same order.
