Return Commitment

At Allegra K®, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of receipt (for most items) for free, as long as they are in new condition with original tags and packaging. We strive to make the return process as convenient as possible.

How To Return?

Option 1: Use a Pre-Paid Return Label (US customer only)

1. Contact Customer Service at [email protected] to submit a return request.
2. Receive and print the return label.
3. Follow the instructions to prepare and ship your package.

Option 2: Return on Your Own

1. Contact Customer Service at [email protected] to submit a return request.
2. Receive return instructions and prepare your package.
3. Pay the return postage at the time of shipping.

Important Notes

1. Use a traceable shipping service(e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) and keep the tracking number for reference.
2. Do not send returns to the address on your package. Contact Customer Service for the correct return address.
3. Returns without a formal request will not be accepted.

Do I Have to Pay for Return Shipping?

1. Shopping in the U.S.

- First return: A free return label is provided (one per customer).

* For refunds on orders over $150, an additional return label fee will be charged, and the fee charged will be calculated based on the weight and value of the package.

- Additional returns: You are responsible for the return shipping fee, or you can use the provided label with a $20.00 deduction from your refund.

- Quality issues: Allegra K® covers the return shipping fee.

2. Shopping in Australia or Canada

- First return: Allegra K® will reimburse $5.99, and you are responsible for any additional shipping fees.

- Additional returns: You are responsible for the return shipping fee.

- Quality issues: Allegra K® will reimburse $5.99.

Note: Refunds of $5.99 (if applicable) will be credited to your PayPal account.

3. Shopping in the UK

- You are responsible for the return shipping fee.

4. Shopping in the EU

- You are responsible for the return shipping fee.

EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period) and Legal Guarantee

This policy applies to consumers located in the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA).

1) Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this purchase contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. This is known as the "cooling-off period".

· When does the 14-day period start?

For physical goods, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods. If you order multiple items in one order delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after the day you acquire physical possession of the last item.

· How to exercise your right of withdrawal

Before the expiry of the withdrawal period, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending an unequivocal statement, either by email to [email protected] or by completing our online withdrawal form at Withdrawal Request. You may, but are not required to, use the Model Withdrawal Form below.

Once we receive your withdrawal notice, we will promptly send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium.

2) Returning the Goods

· Deadline for return shipment

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal to us. You meet this deadline if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period expires.

· Return address for EU/EEA withdrawals

· Important cross-border return note:

This is a cross-border return to our warehouse in Huizhou, China. Please:

Clearly mark the package "RETURNED GOODS – NOT FOR SALE" on the outside.
Include your order number and full name inside the package.
Use a traceable shipping method (we recommend a courier service that provides tracking).
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with any customs or import requirements for the return shipment.

· Return shipping costs

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, except where:

We failed to inform you before placing the order that you would have to bear this cost;
Or the goods are defective or non-conforming (see Section 5 below).

3) Refunds

· Refund amount

We will refund all payments received from you, including the product price and the standard delivery cost (the cheapest delivery method offered). Any additional costs for express or premium delivery are not refundable.

· Refund timing

We will make the refund within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, provided that we still issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.

· Refund method

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method. No fees will be charged to you for the refund.

· Deductions for diminished value

We may deduct an amount from the refund if the value of the returned goods has diminished as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (e.g., wearing the item outdoors, removing tags and then using it extensively, or causing visible damage). You are only liable for any diminished value caused by such excessive handling. We will provide evidence of the diminished value if we apply a deduction.

4) Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of contracts or goods:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (e.g., custom embroidery, bespoke tailoring, items uniquely modified for you);
Perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life;
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery – this applies strictly to:
Underwear, swimwear bottoms with a hygiene seal, and similar intimate apparel where the protective seal has been broken;
Earrings and body piercing jewellery where the hygiene seal has been broken;
Sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software that have been unsealed after delivery;
Digital content supplied in a non-tangible medium (e.g., downloadable e-books, music files, software) if you expressly agreed to the early start of supply and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal;
Services related to leisure activities, accommodation, transport, car rental, catering, or events where the contract specifies a fixed date or period of performance (e.g., concert tickets, hotel bookings, flight tickets).

Note: Ordinary clothing, shoes, and accessories (other than the specifically listed hygiene-sealed items above) are not excluded from the right of withdrawal, even if packaging has been opened for inspection.

5) Your Legal Guarantee (Conformity Rights)

Under EU law, you have a legal guarantee of at least 2 years from the date of delivery. If the goods are defective, do not match the description, or are not fit for their intended purpose at the time of delivery, you are entitled to:

Repair or replacement (free of charge, within a reasonable time, and without significant inconvenience);
Or a price reduction or full refund (if repair or replacement is impossible, disproportionate, or not carried out within a reasonable time).

For defective or non-conforming goods, we will bear the full return shipping cost.

How to Exchange?

We offer an exchange service, but it requires manual assistance.

1. Contact Customer Service at [email protected] to submit an exchange request.
2. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and assist you step by step.
3. The replacement item will be shipped after we receive the returned product.

Non-Returnable Items

1. Items that have been worn, washed, ironed, stained, or altered, or without original tags.
2. Items marked as non-returnable or free gifts.
3. Sets cannot be returned separately.
4. Underwear, panties, bodysuit, jewelry, Bikini, Swimsuit non-returnable.

Refund Process

- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned package.

- Due to shipping delays, refunds may take an additional 3~5 days to process.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

- Original shipping charges and discounted prices are not refundable.

- Any fees due to Allegra K®'s responsibility will be refunded.

Exceptions

If your order falls under the following abnormal conditions, Allegra K® will contact you via [email protected] for confirmation:

1. Significant fluctuations in the return amount.

2. Abnormal billing or shipping addresses.

3. Incorrect recipient name or contact information.

4. Fraudulent or false order email addresses.

Allegra K® reserves the right to final interpretation of the return policy.
